Hope Haven's Alcohol and Other Drug Abuse (AODA) residential treatment program has openings for 24 Hour Counselors for our North Bay Lodge location. Unique schedule of 24 hour shifts (on-site sleep time required). Counselors are responsible for supervising client activities, providing supportive counseling and crisis intervention, facilitating groups, and maintaining therapeutic milieu. Position is ideal for students, as it provides a creative & flexible schedule to accommodate school calendar, while gaining meaningful clinical experience.

The ideal applicant will be a certified AODA counselor or counselor-in-training with the WI Dept. of Safety and Professional Services.  Applicants must have AODA experience and posses an understanding of culturally competent service delivery. Social work or human services related degree is preferred but is not a requirement.
