Catholic Charities of Madison is seeking a full-time Office Assistant to join our Community Living Program. Our Community Living Program supports adults and you with developmental disabilities. This is a great opportunity for someone to be a part of a supportive environment. Qualified applicants will enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and be a strong team player! The hours of this position are Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM until 4:30 PM. 


The Office Assistant will be responsible for:

  • Assisting with various projects such as: database maintenance, processing files, assisting with new hires, completing reports in a timely manner, assisting with quarterly newsletters, and PowerPoint presentations.
  • Keeping a tidy work space and ensuring shared spaces are tidy and clean.
  • Answering a multi-line telephone system and routing calls as appropriate. 
  • Greeting visitors at our front desk and assisting them with their needs.
  • Providing general office support including filing, making copies, mailings, and other projects.

Education Requirements:

Minimum: High School Diploma or Equivalent

Preferred: Some College


Experience Requirements:

Minimum: Experience in a position requiring Interpersonal Skills.
