Excellent full time supervisory position working in our Community Living Program. We support adults with developmental disabilities, traumatic brain injuries, autism, and mental health and behavioral challenges in a home setting. This role is responsible for supervising direct care staff, coordinating care for client(s) in their own homes, weekly client contact, quality assurance, and service coordination with families, providers, and county workers. You will develop a one of a kind service plan for each program participant. You will be the go-to person for staff and be responsible for training new staff. We have a client centered approach and treat each person as the unique individual they are. You will maintain the schedule for clients. This position requires a personal car to travel to client's homes and to appointments in the community. About You:

  • You have a BA or MA degree in social work or related field.
  • You have Previous supervisory, ideally in a residential program.
  • You have strong leadership skills and enjoy supporting your staff and watching them grow.
  • You are full of positivity and enjoy working in an environment where you are making the difference in the lives of your clients each and every day.
  • You support teamwork and feel comfortable asking questions of your peers and supervisors as needed.
  • You enjoy working in a fun work environment and look forward to the challenge the next day will bring.
