We are hiring a Home Coordinator to work in the home of one of our amazing clients. If you are highly organized, have experience working with clients with autism, and have a passion for helping others, this position could be a good fit for you. As a lead staff, you train new employees on important policies and protocols relating to the client. You will work directly with the client in their home as well as work some hours in our administrative office. This is an amazing opportunity that includes assisting clients with activities of daily living and recreation, training new employees, scheduling and attending medical appointments, monitoring paperwork, and assisting with office tasks.

Must have experience working with clients who have autism and behavioral challenges. Must have 1-2 years of experience in a leadership role. 
 

*There are some hours of float time in the office and an on-call component. Hours are either 3-9 PM M-Friday, or variable hours during the day.
