Home Coordinators are true hero's! They provide leadership in our homes, help train staff, and are the go-to support for our managers. The client we are hiring for has some intense mental health challenges - candidates with experience working with mental health and behavioral challenges are preferred. Must have a valid driver's license and car to be able to participate in community outings. If you are up for a challenge, this is it! We promote independence and would love for you to help our clients dreams come true.

This is a lead position that includes assisting clients with activities of daily living and recreation, training new employees, scheduling and attending medical appointments, monitoring paperwork, and assisting with office tasks.

*There are some hours of float time in the office and an on-call component. Hours are 3-9 PM Monday-Friday.
