Our growing office is adding an Office Manager to our team. We are looking for a high-energy professional who is searching for a challenge! If you like to wear a lot of hats and enjoy a fast paced, fun, and inspirational environment we would love to hear from you. Our Office Manager will be the go-to person for all things administrative and be an efficiency expert. Must be well organized, flexible, and enjoy supporting others.  

  • Orders, organizes, and distributes office supplies for our High Point office. Is proactive in ensuring supplies are on hand or ordered in a timely manner.
  • Distributes mail to recipients throughout the building. Maintains and updates phone lists and ensures mailboxes are up to date.
  • Ensures proper upkeep and maintenance of all equipment and inventory in shared service areas including Administrative workrooms and kitchen areas (coffee & water machines and inventory).
  • Oversees, provides expertise & knowledge, and serves as the primary go to person in the areas of property, liability, and vehicle insurance.
  • Administers vehicle lease management, working as liaison between managers and external vendors.
  • Reconciles invoices for all insurance bills, credit card statements, supply orders, and other miscellaneous invoices on a monthly basis.
  • Is the go to person for all facilities related issues including maintaining keys for individual offices, coordinates any issues which cannot be resolved in-house with outside vendors, and serves as the liaison between our organization and our property management.
    Qualifications 
  • Associates or bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • 1-3 years' experience in an administrative setting, non-profit experience a plus.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point), Outlook, and Adobe Acrobat.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders, including staff, management, and outside venders.
  • Strong organizational skills that reflect ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion, be adaptable to various competing demands, and demonstrate the highest level of customer/client service and response.
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Demonstrated proactive approaches to problem-solving with sound decision making capabilities.
  • Highly resourceful team-player, with the ability to also be effective with limited guidance.
  • Forward looking thinker, who actively seeks opportunities and proposes solutions.
