Hope Haven is adding new talent to our team. We are looking for a multi-tasking go-getter who can complete tasks in a timely manner. This position will keep you busy and, on your toes, while making you feel good about helping those who are at Hope Haven. This position will be working in a non-traditional office type setting and involve a variety of different tasks. Are you up for a challenge?

Responsibilities include:

Taking inventory of supplies. Grocery shopping, running errands, and ensuring ample supplies are on stock. Tracking completed training for staff and ensuring we are following CBRF regulations and staying in compliance. Helping us develop new policies and procedures to help us run like a well-oiled machine. Overseeing daily ordering with our catering company.

Qualifications:

2+ years in an administrative support role. Excellent communication skills verbal and written. Friendly, upbeat, warm, and welcoming personality. Strong computer skills including knowledge of Outlook and MS Excel. Must be able to think quickly on your feet and have strong problem solving skills. Must embrace change and thrive in an every evolving and challenging work environment.
