We are seeking candidates for a full-time 38.75 hour/week position in Sauk County's Birth to 3 Program.


Excellent opportunity to work with children and families in community settings.  Homes are located throughout Sauk County, with the Birth to 3 office being in Reedsburg. Strong emphasis on team approach, coaching and the primary provider model.


Skills required include the ability to evaluate children to determine eligibility, provide a thorough assessment for each child, develop and implement an individualized family service plan, provide support and services to increase the family's capacity to meet the developmental needs of the child, review and revise the written plan as needed, work effectively as a member of the multi-disciplinary team and comply with all agency, county, and state paperwork.


Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.


A Master's or bachelor's Degree in Occupational Therapy is required for the position along with licensure to practice in the state of Wisconsin. Previous experience working in pediatrics is preferred but not required.
