We have an amazing opportunity supporting youth with severe emotional disturbance, challenging behaviors, mental health disorders autism, and/or other developmental disabilities in a treatment foster care setting.

We have part time openings and full time openings for our overnight shift! We are looking for a night owl who will be awake while our client is sleeping.  This is a great opportunity for anyone looking to gain some experience working with clients with behavioral and mental health challenges.

Duties include but are not limited to: mentor and role-modeling, assisting with and teaching personal cares and independent living skills, following a treatment/behavior support plan, providing opportunities to participate in the community, completing paperwork, and household duties.

Minimum Qualifications qualified applicant must have at least one of the following qualifications:

  • At least an associates degree, bachelor's degree OR current enrollment in the field of Social Work or related fields such as sociology, special education, psychology, counseling and guidance, criminal justice, or nursing.
  • Experience working with children and adolescents
  • Experience working with developmental disabilities, Autism, mental health, and/or challenging behaviors.
  • Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
  • Certified Child or Youth Care Worker

All candidates must have the following:

  • Must be at least 21 year old.
  • Must have a working vehicle, driver's license, and valid car insurance to transport clients
  • mileage reimbursement is paid
  • Must have a clean driving record.
