Hope Haven is in need of a Lead Clinical Support Specialist to supervise our staff. This person will be the initial contact for all clients entering our AODA program. If you enjoy a job that offers a variety of responsibilities from supervision to counselling to case management, this position could be for you


  • Must be able to provide a welcoming, positive, and supportive presence for all clients! Must be available to clients and be interested in helping them with their needs.
  • Will facilitate client psychoeducational, therapy, process and experiential groups.
  • Orients new clients with the facility. 
  • Responsible for overall house management, organization, and upkeep.
  • Maintain timely written and verbal communication with the treatment team including observations related to clients'' attitudes related to treatment and recovery, interactions with peers, compliance with rules and regulating's, and other information.
  • Provides supervision and support to the Clinical Support Specialists including writing performance evaluations, monitoring staff progress, and providing coaching or disciplinary action as needed.  
  • Serves as back up support in the absence of Primary Counselors.

About You:

  • Master's degree in social work, human services, counseling, or another relevant field.
  • Sac-IT Credential granted by the Wisconsin Department of Safety and Professional services.
  • Prior Supervisory experience preferred.
  • Enjoys problem solving .
  • Able to manage time well.
  • Enjoys working on your own and as part of an amazing team!
  • Positive, upbeat, and professional communication skills.
  • Able to maintain boundaries with clients and a strong understanding of the 12 Step Self Help, and professional Treatment.
