Five Door Recovery is interested in hiring a Clinical Support Specialist to work in their brand new state of the art inpatient AODA Treatment program. If you are a positive, upbeat, and welcoming personality with a passion for helping others and working with clients, we would love to hear from you!

Principal Accountabilities:

  • Most provide a welcoming, positive, and supportive presence for all clients and be interested in the wellbeing of all clients.
  • Works with clients on making sure they are aware of the expectations of the program and offer encouragement to those who are not following the expectations.
  • Assist with documentation processes.
  • Orient clients to the facility.
  • Perform assigned housekeeping and maintenance duties.
  • Assist with the planning and supervision of Fun Friday events
  • Provides assistant when needed to the Primary Counselors and Intake Coordinator as needed.

About You:

  • You have a BA or AS degree in social work, human services, counseling, or other relevant field - strong preference.
  • SAC-IT credential granted by the Wisconsin Department of Safety and Professional Services preferred, not required.
  • You are a strong team player who enjoys helping others.
  • You are positive, upbeat, and have professional written and verbal communication.
  • You have an understanding of substance use disorders and the general recovery principles.
  • Must have strong crisis management skills, problem solving skills, and works well under pressure.
